automobiles and other fields.
The material of die spring is usually chromium alloy steel, because
its characteristics of high temperature resistance, rigidity and
long service life.
According to ISO10243 standards, the color and load are as follows:

Treatment
The following processes are the treatment to ensure product
quality.
Pressure treatment:
The spring to do more than three times of pressure treatment,
eliminating the internal stress before use, no spring deformation,
shorten the breakage and other phenomena.
Strengthened treatment:
Spring surface strengthened shot peening treatment, improve the
strength of stress concentration point, prolong the fatigue life of
the spring.
Surface treatment:
Adopt advanced color electrophoretic paint process, conform to
European SOS standard, make the product paint surface even,
adhesion is stronger.
Attention
Usually, the proportion of service life depends on the spring and
compressed, probably relations are as follows,3 points should be
paid attention to prevent premature failure of the spring:
1.Maintaining initial compression more than 1mm
2. Prevent any other articles from the middle of the spring
3. Keep vertical compression to prevent bending
